Form : Shinogi-zukuri. Iori-mune. Both mihaba and kasane are ordinal. Moderate sori attached. There are some differences between mot-haba and saki-haba. Chu-kissaki extended form.
Nakago : Ubu. Yasurimes are suji-kais. Saki is iri-yama-gata. One hole.
Jigane : Itame-hada, well grained. Some changes mixed. Jinie attached. Fine chikei appeared.
Hamon : Notare, gunome-bas blade mixed. Ashis and sunagashis appeared. Nie attached well.
Boushi : It runs in sugu. It turns in o-maru form. Saki is hakikake.

[ Highlight ] Masahiro "正廣" I was the son-in-law of Tadayoshi "忠吉" I, the son of Yoshinobu "吉信" and the elder brother of Yukihiro "行広". His first name was Masanaga, and in Kan'ei 2 he changed his name to Masahiro, and in Kan'ei 5 he received the title of Kawachi Daijo. The second generation was a son of the first, and his first name was changed to Musashi Daijo and Musashi no Kami Masanaga, and from the 5th year of the Kanbun period to Kawachi no Kami Masahiro. The third generation is cut only with Masanaga, and The fourth generation, whose first name was Takeo, received the title of Kawachi Daijo in the 5th year of the Hōei era, and based on his chronological works, his main period of production was around the Shōtoku era. This work has been designated as the fourth generation. The blade has a deep and varied nioi and is beautifully decorated with dark nie.
