Because of its good name, the Muromachi Shogun's family had a priest of the Tendai sect pray for a Hoju-no-saku as a guardian sword and place it beside the mother during childbirth. This work is in the form of a naginata reworked as a wakizashi. The natural curve of the blade, which corresponds to the loosely forged skin of the large itame, has been well nie. This is a very tasty piece of work, which changes constantly with the sunagashi.
