[ Highlight ] The Bingo-no-kuni Hokke school was a group of swordsmiths active in Bingo from the late Nanbokucho period to the Muromachi period (1336-1573). This sword has a Jigane with itame grain and changing skin, with a white-reflective effect, a low, gentle straight blade and a burnished cap, showing a Yamato temperament. The swordsmiths of this school include Ichijyo, Kaneyasu, Shigeyasu, Shigeie and Nobukane, but this piece has been identified only as Hokke. You will enjoy the austere taste of this sword.
