[ Feature ]
Form : Hira-sankaku(traiangle)-zukuri, shio-kubi is hexagon. Relatively wide sasa-yari-ho shape.
Engraving : Ura back side, there is big groove.
Nakago : -
Jigane : Itame-hada with changes, becoming masa. Jinie attached.
Hamon : Sugu-ha. Konie attached. Shirake-utsuri comes to be appeared.
Boushi : -

[ Highlight ]This is a palm-sized spear in the shape of a sasaho (a bamboo spear), with a tightened blade with a brilliant odour. The masa-ga karu skin forged surface has a blackish iron colour with a shirake-utusir white reflection.

[ Conditions ] The thickness of the stem has been removed from about 2 cm below the shio-kubi stem, and the rust colour varies, suggesting that it was used successively in later years. The polishing is excellent and the item can be preserved and appreciated in its current state.
