[ Period ] Muromachi
[ Province ] Mino "美濃"

[ Feature ]
Form : Hira-zukuri. Relatively high iori-mune attached. Mihaba is wide. Kasane is ordinal. Saki-zori attached. Sun-nobi form.
Nakago : ubu. Yasurimes are higaki. Saki is kuri-jiri. Three holes.
Jigane : Itame-hada well grained. Mokumes mixed. Jinie attached. Chikei appeared.
Hamon : Gunome, notare mixed. Ashis appeared. Nie attached well. Sunagashis and yu-bashiris appeared. Tobi-yaki tempered.
Boushi : It runs in midare-komi. Saki is ko-maru. It turns deeply.

[ Highlight ]
Kenenori was a swordsmith of the Seki-Sanami "関・三阿弥" school, which is descended from Naoe Shizu "直江志津", and has several swordsmiths of the same name from the Muromachi period. This work has a elongated hira-zukuri form, with a sakizori. The sword has a strong competitive edge and is well-hammered, such as attached nies and appeared sunagashi. And the clearness of the jigane technique is superb.
