[ Size ] Total length of kogatana 21,3cm, blade length 12,4cm (4 sun 0 bu 9 rin), moto-haba 1,24cm, moto-kasane 0,26cm, blade weight 18,9g , shirasaya length 23,5cm
[ Period ] Edo, later half of
[ Province ] Satsuma

[ Feature ]
Form : Moto-haba is relatively wide. Fukura attached. Kogatana form.
Nakago : -
Jigane : Ko-itame-hada well grained. Masa tone appeared.
Hamon : In sugu base, gunome mixed. Nie attached. Sunagashi appeared.
Boushi : It turns round shallowly.

OKU Motoyasu was called Yamato-no-kami Motohira. He was a younger brother of Mototake. There were first and second generations.

[ Highlight ] Trace of vermillion color paint shu-nuri can be slightly observed. His works remain not so many. This tantô has scarcity value.

[ Conditions ] It has already polished. Both kogatana and shirasaya are in excellent conditions.
